Rather than work with big pieces of foamcore, I just measured the depth, cut a long piece, then measured and marked wherever I needed to cut. Since my Willowcrest was already together, I took this opportunity to take the cellar windows off the house and cut openings in the strips for them. I also made little notches that would butt up against the steps.
