Bea has great books and also kits in 1/4 scale. She is also in the UK. Here is a link to her website, http://www.petite-properties.com/ She does a lot of wonderful cottages and furnishings! Easy to follow directions too! She also has a forum you may want to join. Her half scale directions can be reduced too.

She is adorable!!! I would have taken her in a heartbeat!!! My guess would be Yorkie Maltese cross. They are small and very loveable from what I hear. I have a Yorkie cross with some other terrier, she is a charmer too!

Yesterday I finally started dressing my bear, she still needs shoes and the little details like buttons. I was taking her to our miniature club workshop to work on, I checked the mail on the way and my kitty I won from Bridget McCarty was there!!!! She is fantastic!!! I pictured the kitty in the arm of a little girl when I saw her, since my dolls are still in progress the little bear offered to hold her so she wouldn't be lonely.

It does look like a nice tudor style! What about a shoppe with attached living quarters, then you could have both!!!

With it's rounded roof the Loganberry reminds me of a haystack, I know that isn't what you have planned. What if you did something with an Oatmeal container so it would be round like a haystack? The floor area would be small and you could cut down the height to where you wanted. You could even add extra rooms with a cornmeal and salt containers, like three haystacks joined together. Just a thought.

I agree, I see way too many people who are always bored, couch potatoes, they have a tendency to get depressed too. We on the other hand are never bored, get excited over the "LITTLEST" things, and are generally happy people! A perfect example is the founder of our miniature club, she is 83, very active in our club plus others and is still creating all the time, she still uses power tools too!!! I want to be like her when I grow up!!!!

I keep smaller things in the boxes made for embroidery floss. I have one for half scale. I have more for 1" scale, one is all plastic things like Chrysnbon plates, hooks, etc. one for metal miniatures, one for beads, etc. Bigger things are in the plastic shoe boxes divided by projects or categories. I also have a lot of pencil boxes for stitchery projects, etc. I have photo boxes for sewing items that are labeled, elastic, ribbon, trims, etc. They work nicely for storage too. Other photo boxes for my rotary tool and attachments, heat gun, rubberbands, different types of toothpicks, and one for my 1/4" scale stuff which is sub divided into tinier storage boxes. LOL

Doesn't it make you wonder how it does that?!? My first reaction when the colors came up is "how is this going to work when they didn't even include pink!!!", but it does anyway! LOL For those who are getting the math in theirs, are you using a lot of math calculations or measuring in your dollhouse/miniature making?

Holly, you don't have to give an email, it's optional, I didn't and it still gives you the report. The email is just if you want them to email it to you so you can keep it.

I imagine just about everyone here would come back with creative since we are! I would go with the rose color in your photo, http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/i...i&img=35125 with white trim. We had our RL door that color which was also had the oval window, our house is gray with white trim. It looked really nice and got a lot of compliments! I think it would also pull your interior and exterior together nicely. It also looks very nice with flowers to if you are landscaping. I had alot of pinks and lavenders in my gardens.

"Whatshisname"!?! LOL Holly!!! Yeah, I think she would work! Yes, I love her size to make things for too, big enough for details and not so big that it takes forever! LOL I LOVE how she feels when I hold her! The details in her resin are remarkable, she even has her nails painted realistically!!! She is soooo much cuter than her pictures!!!

Thanks Jess!!! No, Holly, Barbies are only 11 1/2", that would make her a huge baby!!! She is as long as my hand, Barbie babies are about 3" long. I have seen similar sized babies with the Tonner fashion ladies that I think are about 20". I figured at 7" she is a third of a 21" baby so I measured a real bassinet and cut it down to a third to get an idea of how big it should be. I think I may have made is shorter heightwise because I wanted it to fit in the acrylic case I have, can't remember for sure. I know it isn't an exact duplicate but I thought it looked proportional to her. :thumb:
