    Hello Everyone, I've decided to downsize a bit more. I have duplicate kits and some I know I will never build. It's sad, but being realistic. I also know someone will be happy to see some of my stash cleaned out of the attic! Ha! Right now I plan on listing them on eBay Thursday the 16th. Message me if you are interested. I am still unsure of where my pricing will be. I was looking on eBay, and feel two that are on there are listed too high. Artply Granville - box is sealed Greenleaf Willowcrest - box is sealed Skilcraft Victorian Manor with Carriage House - box is sealed Model Homes San Francisco - I have 2 of these. One is in original open box, the other in a newer open box. 98% sure all pieces are in the boxes. I also have some house plans I will sell. I have several of the Architect's Choice and Dollhouse Domiciles plans. I may be listing more for sale once I get into the attic this evening. I know I have several room boxes that may go up for sale. Matt

    Hi Ellen, I'm glad you found the group. I am a fan of Model Homes kits. I am working on (its been a couple of years since I touched it) the MH Cape May. I have enlarged the tower, so it is accessible from the attic. I also added a wing to one side and added two dormer windows. You can see it in my galleries. I also have two of the MH San Francisco kits. It is basically a smaller version of the Cape May. I plan on bashing them together. Matt

    So after months of ignoring this kit(s) calling out to me, I finally decided to get started on it. I decided since I was given another partial kit about a couple of years ago (BIG Thanks to jbresr), to enlarge the house a bit.

    So I am going very dark with this house. I found one in the Roger Moss book A Century of Color. I need to upload the inspiration picture. The trim will be a very dark green and window sashes will be black.

    I am making the house a Stick Style, so am adding vertical boards on the tower running with the windows. On either side of the vertical boards will be clapboard. Beacon Quick Grip Glue is my best friend at the moment. It holds the siding and strips in place in very little time. I can move forward quickly to the next section.

    It is the Country Victorian by And More. This is from The Miniatures Catalog, 5th Edition, 1982

    It looks like a Dollhouse Mcg. Co house. These two are very similar, almost a combination of the two. If the dimensions match, I would say it was one of their houses. I found these in The Miniature Catalog, 5th edition.
