It is the Country Victorian by And More. This is from The Miniatures Catalog, 5th Edition, 1982

It looks like a Dollhouse Mcg. Co house. These two are very similar, almost a combination of the two. If the dimensions match, I would say it was one of their houses. I found these in The Miniature Catalog, 5th edition.

Your best bet will be to watch on eBay. You can set an alert when a new listing is added. I would do a general "Concord" search with newest listings first. Then scroll to see if any of the existing auctions have your pieces. I have never seen the blue set, but the green set comes up from time to time. Eventually, I am sure you will find them. They may be in a large group of furniture, as I have lately seen several lots of Concord pieces.

Another tip, put a strip of painter's blue tape on the back side of the cut. It will stop the wood from splintering.

Oh I have this set, but in a different stain. I came across the set on eBay about 5 years ago. I never looked to see if it was signed. Right now it is in storage, waiting on the right house and bedroom for placement. I love this set!

I think it would depend on how much you want the house. How rare is it? A good deal/steal? I only traveled across town (about 5 miles) when I got my assembled Granville. But for a goodie, I might go 100+ miles!

This is the New England Victorian by Hill's Dollhouse Workshop. This one looks to have replaced the original windows with Houseworks and expanded the porch to wrap around the house. Both were options to original house. It's hard to tell in the auction picture if the one story wing is included. There was an original one (windows in picture below) listed on eBay a couple of weeks before this one showed up. It is a rare house.
