I've been making minis and dollhouses since I was ten. Started with cardboard boxes and went on. When I was 12, my mom bought me "All About Dollhouses," with instructions to build 12 rooms of furniture in various historical periods. While I never built all the furniture, it opened my eyes to the possibilities. Then I discovered Miniature Collector, Nutshell News, The Scale Cabinetmaker, and others. Now I'm much older, but no wiser, and I build minis and dollhouses whenever I can. It's the best therapy ever. In my other life, I am a writer.
