I made all the books and scrolls in the house, most of the scrolls are made from inserts in magazines and a lot of the books are made from old Christmas cards. I bought the chair super cheap and painted some trim on it and then I decoupaged the picture on the back.

I couldn't figure out how to get a ladder to stay on the stairs so that you can reach the books, and then I remembered that this is a magical home! So the bookshelves move up and down and around until you get the shelf you want!

When I found this wonderful kettle with the beautiful lid I decided that my witch would have to be a brewer of potions!

I made most of the labels, it was fun thinking of ingredients to use in a love potion!
