We made the chimney out of tiny stones that we got at Michaels and glued them to a piece of pine strapping. -
The tabel we made out of plywood, legs from a re-use store and a bit of trim. -
Thank you. We make all our own flowers and shrubs and the stone we got from Michaels. -
This is the Pierce made by Greenleaf. This has been highly modified with better gingerbread trim, railings, siding, shutters etc, but the structure is the same. -
Thank you. The S shaped pieces which we used as shutter dogs were from Michaels as well as the black pieces in the shutter panels. These pieces were stick on which I stuck together end to end to give that shape. -
We do not have the instructions anymore. Can you post a photo of the pieces?

It is from a role of cloth you can buy at train hobby shops that simulates grass. -
They are Houseworks brand, modified to fit the space.

Now that we have completed the major rehab of the "Pierce" we are starting a new build for our grand daughter Cate. The theme will be a renovated farmhouse, so the interiors will be upgraded to more modern features, with lots of custom details in the floors and ceilings.

Great idea and looks amazing -
It is another bench seat cushion Marg made to match the bay window seat -
Marg has extremely tiny brushed, a very bright light and a magnifying glass on a stand but I still don't know how she can do it so well. Check out our Pierce rehab and see more of her multi colour work. -
Took the floor piece to Home depot and they computer scanned the colour and made a sample jar for $3.
