  1. Beckj, the Buttercup 16"x18"x!!", theMagnolia 33"Wx22"Hx17D,the Arthur18"Wx23"Hx13D,the Laurel25x25x17 and the Orchid (about the same size as the Arthur) are all easy to build.

Any of these would be nice for a first time dollhouse builder

    Don't use hotglue!

  2. I definately think you should tell the girls about the biopsy. Try to do it very casually. In the link you posted before the odds of cancer were low . you might mention that if the girls seem worried.

    I love Chelsea!

  3. Monica, I believe the MHM is MDF. Several years ago when Hobby Lobby stocked it that house weighted a ton!

I have the San Franciscan kit 557which is MDF,unfortunately, and it weighs 50 pounds!

I don't know how difficult the MHMis to put together but Heidii,Lynette or somebody else that's built it can tell you.

  4. Arda' It sounds like maybe alot of those divorced ladies already had problems in their marriages before they graduated.

I think you pretty well said it all when you said "I love my husband he is a good man." Doesn't sound to me like there are big problems

Anyhow, enjoy your new accomplishment. I am so excited for you myself. I can relate because of some of my college days.

  5. My cat Jethey is the most curious cat I've ever had. Doesn't matter how high I put whatever it is -Jethey's got to check it out.!

I've learned not to ever have feathers around him because he has to carry them around the house in his mouth. his littermate

Marmee is not as curious but she does like to carry my small stuffed animals around the house. I've given Marmee her own stuffed

animal but she still prefers mine!

  6. Lynette I am so glad you have a woodburning stove.

In Dec.2004 our power was off for 2 days and I didn't have my kerosene heaters because I had loaned them out 2 weeks before to someone who had furnace trouble.

Needless to say my kerosene heaters stay in my shed now so that I'll have them in case of a power outage!

Sound like you're doing pretty well considering the circumstances.

  7. Some of you already know about this.

Cats will eat the tinsel from the Christmas tree. Sometimes this will get balled up in the intestines or even cut the intestinal wall.

Obviously this could be an expensive vet visit or even the death of the cat. Lots more info about this is on the web.

    Just a reminder.

    Judy
