  1. If it's kroketten you want ... Here are the ones from Mmmmmora.
  2. The original house is 1:12 scale, but I realy don't have any room left for such a big house. But I can always find some room for a 1:48 scale house. If I have to I can just hold it in my hand. The drawings of this house are from Karweipost in Veenendaal (near Utrecht). If you ever come to The Netherlands and you want to buy Dutch miniatures, you have to go there.
  3. Hi everyone, http://kleinspulenglish.punt.nl/?id=366685...l_archief=& ;) Do I need to say more?

  5. Hi Amanda, Ik don't know how different American and Dutch interiors were around that time, but here you can find some pictures from The Netherlands: http://www.rug.nl/allersmaborg/kijkrond/fotogalerijbolt (if you look on the left, you can also find pictures of 1895) And maybe you can do a bit of research. What kind of people live in the house? Where did they came form and did they have brought any furniture to America? You can use funiture from earlier periods. Round that time Ikea didn't exist yet. Some pieces can be in the family for hunderds of years. Good luck!

    April Fools

I posted a message on http://buitendienst.punt.nl (This website is a digital village where knitted dollhouse dolls live.) Here is a translation: I have an urgent message: I just found the following message on the internet: 'Knitting is very populair at the moment. A lot of people attend so called 'Stich-and-b****' meetings. It is most likely that due to these meetings the bacteria that are causing woolrot are spreading at a fast rate. There are now also reports of other natural fibers being damaged by these bacteria.' I also found a site on how to protect your presius knitting: http://wolrot.punt.nl (I don't think I have to translate this site). Next year it is probably going to be a joke at work. I just cann't help myself. :groucho:

    Wish List?

I need to move. My house is not big enough. I cann't make an other dollhouse until I have moved to a bigger house. There is just not enough room.
  11. Thanks for the compliments. Ellen, your youngest son does not have to be afraid. The witches life on an other continent and there are enough ginger cats here. But if he has a spider ... Winrad might just want to ...
  12. Hi everyone, They look like witches now. http://kleinspulenglish.punt.nl/?gr=777842
  13. About a year ago I read a topic like this. I was just new here and realy did not understand why anyone would leafe a dollhouse in a box. And now a year later .. er .. :thumb: - Tennyson - Brimbles - Willowcrest - 1/144 Beacon Hill - 1/144 Garfield Lets not mention the ones I'm working on. And I cann't start building an other house before I have moved.
  14. It looks at bit like this: http://www.eurominis.nl/meubelen-bruinmetaal.htm But also (from your perspective) on the other side of the Atlantic.
  15. This is strange. I had no problem this time. But when it is in Dutch I cann't do it.
