  3. I believe the reason most brick & mortar stores are closing has to do with the "instant gratification" of being able to order on-line. It is SUPER hard to be the proprietor os a store. You have to worry about overhead, having stock, customers coming in, and the online retailers. Often people come in to check the size of the items then go order them online someplace cheaper - or using a discount (say Hobby Lobby).
  4. CJN Miniatures in Edmonds, WA recently moved to a new store at 23030 Hwy 99. It is a yellow 2-story building between Les Schwab & Public Storage. They not only have everything you need for a dollhouse, but also dolls, collectibles & antiques now. They offer consignment at 30% and have many artisan and older items in stock.   5. I currently have 5 of the houses sitting in front of me that were made in '77 by Mott. and am trying to find out the prices for them. The 4 houses have furniture inside and the 5th is a barn with horses
  6. CJN Miniatures has moved to a HUGE location on Hwy 99 in Edmonds. 23030 Hwy 99. It is a yellow 2-story building between Les Schwab & Public Storage on the West side of the street. They now have dolls, collectibles & antiques. They still take consignment, but not also offer dealer space.
