I have many interests. Building a doll house is my new venture out into making things. I also knit and sew, and I am learning how to crochet.

I love playing music and play piano, flamenco guitar, folk guitar, electric bass, ukelele, and I am learning how to play mandolin.

I teach school and continue to be interested in how people learn and what motivates each of us to learn new skills.

My husband and I also enjoy growing an organic garden, and have a small flock of chickens.

Arthur ~ Built by my Aunt!

I wonder, is it genetic? I had no idea my aunt had built this until after she died. It needs quite a bit of rehab. I'll take this on as a summer project unless my sister and niece would like to.

Lion King

Here's why I haven't had time to work on minis; I've been working on the production of The Lion King with my class. Many flats, props, costumes, and masks to make, lines to rehearse, dances to choreograph. Two great performances later, I'm ready for a little 'Me' time.
