  1. Hello and welcome, Hanny! I love your avatar.
  2. Hello and welcome, Corinna! Tell us about your two houses! I tend to finish the outsides first, too. It's nice to have something pretty to look at while you're working on the inside.
  3. Hello and welcome, Sarah! Tell us about your little house.
  4. Hello and welcome, Chu. Good luck on your first dollhouse! That trim can be a bear!
  5. Hello and welcome! Good luck with your house.
  6. It's alive! Mwaahahahaha! Sorry, I get a little excited about electrified dollhouses. It really gives a house that special something. I just wish it were cheaper so I could put electricity in every house. Your's looks like it's really coming along. Congratulations on making the lights work!
  7. I currently have at my home one Arthur, one Laurel and Primrose combo, and am halfway through a haunted house. I have comleted several others, but they are either in storage or have been given away! I don't know how many I plan to eventually own, I just know I need a few more! I really want to make a church out of a Buttercup and I really want a McKinnley, too.
  8. Mmmmm, I can smell the fresh wood all the way over here. Good luck!
  9. You've done a wonderful job on this house! I would probably do just a light stain on the floor, since the trim and furniture in that room are light colored. That fireplace would look nicely modern painted white. I think you are on the right track. Looks great!
  10. Oh, I had forgotten about those! My father used to pop those out for me to use as Barbie-doll plates when I was little. Thanks for bringing that up!
  11. Isn't that always the way? I've also noticed that everytime I learn something new, I start eye-balling prevous houses and thinking I need to go back and touch them back up, too. Just goes to show, a house is never really finished.
  12. Coolness! A Ponderosa for $9.99? Congratulations!
  13. What a wonderful opportunity! Good luck with this project.
  14. That should do it! So sorry to hear about your crummy day - at least it had a happy ending.
  15. Very sweet eyecandy! Thanks for sharing!
  16. Thanks for the veryinteresting links! I can't wait to see how your "soddy" turns out. That was a very pretty quilt - very convenient that it is already shown at 1:12!
  17. Congratulations, Jakie! Better let it out, you'll want its full cooperation! It's hard to hear that muffled voice throught the box anyway.
  18. Congratulations on your Taft, Nutti! How exciting! Soooo? What are you going to do? (my apologies if you've already stated it somewhere else) There are so many possibilities with a store. I love the planning stage. It's so exciting and, if done right, can be drug out over several months!
  19. Your cabin is wonderful! The animals are so animated and I love the thouht of a hunter's head. I know my post is a little late, but good luck today. I hope everything goes well.
