I found this DuraCraft Farmhouse on Craig's List for a song.  I found out why as I tried to unload it and it fell apart.  I plan to "rebuild" the house and remodel it.  I think it has a lot of potential, I am waiting for it to start talking to me.

My current plan is to model this after a 1958 23' Yellowstone travel trailer.

I aquired a partially complete Harborside Mansion from Craig's List for $125.  I hope to update with photos of my progress.
