    I think I will use the window boxes. Maybe raise the Windows. They are double hung and I really like that idea. Starting a photo album is a great idea thanks everyone

    Just joined. Working on my 2nd house. Dura-craft Manchester. First one was a tab house. Did that one as a learning tool. Trying to really take my time and not just start gluein together. Have done a lot a research, buy will probably have a lot of questions. Thanks in advance

    Thanks for the advice. I think I will do the window boxes. It has faux slat walls piecing won't work It is an older Dura-craft MDF.

    1st post on the forum. Why are the windows so low? Kitchen cabinets are higher than the bottom of the window. How do you experts deal with the problem? I did a template of the layout of the kitchen,. Cut another window on the side over where the sink would be. That's when I realized they were too low. This is only my 2nd house and I did not furnish the first one. Any ideas?
