H-Ann i used Aleenes Tacky glue and the Popsicle sticks did seem to warp a little but now that they have completely dried out the floor is much smoother. I added a little acrylic white paint to some water and painted then wiped off. I used the nail hole idea mentioned above. Very happy with result.

Any suggestions for Popsicle sticks that warped after gluing and whitewashing? Thanks.
