Strange. There is a phone number, may try calling. I love their stuff, but the website has always been unfinished. Do you have a catalog? Bindels ornaments out of the Netherlands might be another option.

Fairfield fireplace
Mid-life madness replied to The Fairfield Dollhouse Kt's topic in Greenleaf Dollhouses
This blog may help you out. I have not built this house, but I think the chimney is one of the difficult parts of this build. Until someone answers, see if this blog helps you. https://moreminis.blogspot.com/2017/09/the-fairfield-dollhouse-half-scale-blog.html -
Great atmosphere! I can hear the trick-or-treaters.š

Hi Mattie, There is nice blog that a miniaturists has indexed many old and new mini-mags. You can search to find tutorials or topics that interest you. https://www.minimagindex.com/ I subscribe to American Miniaturist Magazine. You can buy a few copies at a time to see if you like the content enough to subscribe. There are also some free examples at their site. https://www.i-mag.co.uk/ I have bought quite a few Nutshell News' and they show up for free at many Miniature shows. If you find a good price on a lot for sale on eBay, it can become addicting. My favorite current mini pub is American Miniaturist.....you can find much of AM's content in the other two mags that Ashdown publishes, and vice a versa. Also, check Amazon for out of print books and magazines.

Welcome to the group Dee, The Fairfield is a lovely house. Quite a few members have built it. Enjoy the build. and ask questions if you get stuck. Carrie -
Wow, I think that is an Amberwood. Jacqueline Kerr Deiber was so talented.

That is so sweet.....but knowing my cat, she probably would ignore it and insist on lying in the dollhouse.

You will need a resin product. There are several YouTube videos available. https://woodlandscenics.woodlandscenics.com/show/item/C1211 Just google for brands and how to's.

Iām New Here and Have Questions!
Mid-life madness replied to SarahG's topic in New Member Introductions
I think this looks like a fun project Sarah. I suggest looking at other Pierce dollhouses for ideas. You have got a nice blank slate to work on. You do not necessarily have to replace the trim with the original stuff. This is just an small example of what is out there. https://earthntree.com/miniatures/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=72_1023_934 Most of all, enjoy yourself! -

Have you tried cutting through the paint and glue where it is mostly likely attached. You can use a box knife or X-acto knife. You might have to cut it out. https://www.amazon.com/Modelling-Hacksaw-Pieces-Cutting-Branches/dp/B08SQQHD9M Or, you could try using a paint stripper or google a glue remover. I know those stairs are difficult to install in the first place, so you might need to saw through the tabs that are inserted into the floor

https://moreminis.blogspot.com/2019/02/the-beacon-hill-dollhouse-day-1.html The directions read: R &P first floor (1) Foundation back (1) and bottom support (27). The numbers in parenthesis are the sheet number (it is stamped on each sheet). Go thru the sheets and use a black pen to mark the sheet numbers so each sheet is easier to locate. The names of the pieces are labeled on the schematics. You need to identify the pieces your self, each individual piece is not factory labeled.
