    Good for you Keith!

This speaks to me, it would be fun to rehab. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Miniature-English-Tudor-Style-Handcrafted-Dollhouse-5-Rooms-2-Fireplaces/283553993217?hash=item4205229201:g:iG0AAOSwgbRdMjJn

    Very Clever and adorable!

    Very luxurious Sam!
  5. Axminster or Wilton loom carpeting

Look at wallpaper or scrapbook paper prints and maybe you could print it on fabric. Or take a screen shot of a print and duplicate the pattern and scale with your Photoshop program.

How about, " I don't know, how are YOU going to get back there?"

    Or some nondescript curtains?

I just watched an episode of Bargain Mansions and Tamara Day does this by painting the drywall black. (the part facing the window). She said it looks like the light is out in the room, but keeps the symmetry. I filed that away for future builds...hopefully I will be able to find it when I need it someday.
  9. Scratch built contemporary DH

@Debsrand56I think it was from this shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/MiniFanaberia?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=699973418&section_id=16129586. I see a coffee maker at the top of the page, but not in the shop.
  10. Kitchen with lights

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! You have been holding out on us. This is such a lovely scene. I think it could be featured in Better Mini Homes and Gardens.
  11. I'm recreating this photo

Wow, that is a fun scene. Have you thought about using polymer clay, or paper clay? That way you could make it to fit the exact  height etc.
  12. wall covering

You can use card stock or even a heavier weight of scrapbook paper.     Make sure the lights still work? They can be finicky.
  13. Hello from South Africa

This seller has a selection GE salesman samples in 1:12 scale. They are really retro and in good condition.https://www.ebay.com/sch/Furniture-Room-Items/179309/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=&_ssn=suebeesminiatures
