I finally have the time to enjoy the hobby again after not collecting since childhood. I have just acquired a twenty four room Tutor needs to be finished room by room. I have years of fun ahead on this building.

I own an original Visalian. The difference between the Seaside is the side wall and attic with windows. I purchased this vintage house last year. Every shingle is spaced by a credit card.
