How do these windows look? -
I am wanting to build one of the Greenleaf Half Scale kits. Now that they have been out a few years and some of you have built more than one even, I am curious. Which kit is your favorite and why? And perhaps some of the unexpected negatives. Like, perhaps a kit has no wall space. I don't know. Just anything to help me pick a favorite So far, I am thinking about 6 different ones. I must narrow it down

The brick fireplace will go in this room. The clock is a little gravestone clock I found on Ebay. The "haunted" part of the Fairfield is not going to be overt - just small things that might raise the eyebrow and cause one to think, "Hmmm... how odd." -

Furniture placed, probably not the way I'll finish. Just kinda playing around. Lighting will be fairly minimal - The first floor rooms will each have a ceiling light/chandelier. I'll run the wiring on the second floor, under the flooring. -

A better shot of the bay window. -

The floors are made of coffee stirrers. The wallpaper is scrapbook paper. I'm trying to do as much interior decoration as possible before solidly gluing the house together. There's still some trim work to be done in the parlor, and only the interior trim for the bay windows has been attached. Putting together the bay window was probably a mistake - it's going to be a challenge to get the ceiling/2nd floor in. I'm going to paint/stain the bare edges of the walls. -
Hi Half Scale Bungalow Builders, I just started my bungalow today. I'm so excited about this house! So for day one I labeled all of the pieces and boy there were more pieces than I thought there was going to be. I also did a dry fit to see how the assembly will go, seems pretty straight forward. Next I started some sanding and priming. I'm happy with what I accomplished today. I have a question though - my bungalow is going to be painted a pewter gray with an off white trim (almost cream) and some brick color accents - what am I going to do about the porch flooring? What color should I paint that? I thought of maybe some kind of white wash? Any thoughts? Also should I score the porch floor to make it look like floor boards? What tools do you use to do that? Guess I ended up with more than a question LOL
