Meet Jonah, the Tennyson's new tenant. Jonah is a true one inch scale ball-jointed doll designed and sold by Garmonsway Designs in New Zealand. The designer sells them through her Etsy store https://www.etsy.com/nz/listing/173388571/bjd-dollhouse-sized-mature-tiny? Jonah is a "Chris" doll, number 7 of 50 made for the first edition. He has 19 points of articulation and is amazingly detailed. He will need to be painted and wigged (and clothed ) and I'm enlisting help from my daughter who mods BJDs Jonah needs a hard hat because the Tennyson is still under construction, and now that he's moving in, of course, he wants to remodel! -

I bought this car about 4 years ago: And then I started buying 1:12 houses this year. I always thought that I'd have to stick to 1:12 scale cars too, but the houses really do look a bit on the small side next to a proper 1:12 size car (as I look at them in the toyshops). So this morning I saw THIS pretty one at the shop: Such a rarity, to find collectible vintage cars here in Dubai. Everything is mostly plastic radio-controlled imports from the East. These two are from Maisto, and they are beautifully detailed. The Mercedes is currently sitting on my shelf, having a conversation with the Pink Cadillac. I'm going to park my pretty cars outside my houses and enjoy them. I guess as long as I don't put any dolls next to the cars, they won't be too obviously different in scale.

Sold out-both sets. Instead of just making your typical square pillows, I thought I would try something different. Bold shapes, classic colors. Sets of 6, 1:12 scale pillows; 2 X-shaped pillows with a vintage-styled black & white pattern 2 grey, triangle pillows 2 black, rounded square pillows They are hand stitched, stuffed with cotton, and have been re-enforced with a blanket stitch for a durable, quality finish.
