Yes stacking style the way I do it is a box, but there are lots of tiny details, painting crown molding, channel to put on plexi dust cover front.- 4 comments

Thought I would put a color on 3rd floor of condo. It is lighter than sage...kinda of a soft celery.-

One of the dollhouse builders asked how Barbie would look inside the 2 floors of the condo....so here the ladies are admiring the contractor's work as he is coming up the stairs. The ladies LOVE the BIG WINDOWS.- 3 comments

This is Julianna in the middle made perfectly to be a young toddler in relation to chelsea size. This beautiful toddler was made and created for my dioramas by award winning artist Kellie Becket.- 2 comments

Found this amazing action figure of Logan Stealth to add to my CONDO family. He is discussing the slow work on the condo (someone needs to :). They are standing at the 2nd floor stairs. I got him from onesixthoutfitters a woodbox figure. He has 4 sets of additional hands, and another set of feet.- 2 comments

Top of stair mounted. Didn't know how I wanted it and had to wait and wait and try and try. The final railings will be mounted when 3rd floor walls go up. I am quite excited.-

This is the layout of sorts for the 3rd floor. I thought I would take the 2 1:12 scale sliding doors (making them 1:6 windows sitting on base (not pictured) so you need to imagine a bit. A sort of Frank Lloyd Wright 2 windows in the corner. I cut the walls yesterday as I was on a roll. I have to finalize the LEFT wall but the BACK and RIGHT are cut. I will put a dowel in the corner as I did on 1st and 2nd floors. Adds to the strength and style.- 2 comments

This is looking up at landing to 3rd floor which is the ceiling piece. I took 1:12 fence and trimmed it out to make a unique ceiling trim and brace for the landing to make it sturdy. Stair will hold it too, but I am still working on that piece of staircase.- 2 comments

I have the 2 pieces just sitting there...the top is the ceiling of the 2nd floor box, you can see stair opening there with ceiling trim bracing. The piece under it has the same stair opening so they all connect to 1st floor and 2nd floor stairwell.-
