Hello, I just joined this site to inquire if anyone knew how much an unopened Barrington Wood Dollhouse is realistically worth? Its never been opened and theres really not even much damage to the box. Its from the Artply Co. and my mom thinks its about 25 years old. Can anyone help? Thank you

Please message me if you would be willing to sell your Artply Barrington kit. I've been trying to hunt one down to no avail. If I can't find one, I just might end up building my RGT Queen Anne and I'll never have room in my apartment again. Haha. I just adore the Barrington and would love to find one. Thank you for reading.

The Barrington is a very large Victorian dollhouse made by the ArtPly company in the 1960s & 70s. The company is no longer in business. -

I have a love/hate relationship with this tab & slot house. It has been a source of joy and pure frustration! And right now I need to do a rehab job because in the 5 years that it sat vacant, it had some "little visitors" that messed up all the carpeting!! eeewwww! And when I went to finally finish the roofing, I realized that I had apparently run out! My goal: finish this beauty by January 1, 2012! -

This Dining Room will get some renovations at some point. I don't like the wainscoting and I would like some nice draperies. I also need to decide between two exquisite buffet pieces! My room is a bit too crowded! -

I love this little room! The antique reproduction dough tray/hutch was made by a local artisan- he also custom-made the stools for me and a pie safe that is located in the kitchen. This room was perhaps intended to be the entire kitchen, however I thought it was WAY too small. I put on a room addition- very poorly I might add! LOL There was a major height difference. oops. Anyhow- I removed part of the wall and created the breakfast bar to open up the space between the two rooms.-

This is still a work in progress....even after 20 years! I may make some changes, but mostly I want to trim all of the rough back edges on the floors & walls. At one time I was considering adding a real stone fireplace/chimney so I never finished the base wall. Now that I know how to do paperclay I think I will do a stone wall effect using that-and maybe a chimney.
