From the album: Miniatures "Things" I've made
Making things out of paper is my favorite thing to do. I use the old outdated Microsoft Paint to create the graphics and XnView for printing them out. I replicated the box for my Mc Kinley dollhouse kit down to the last detail, shown in the top picture. The other boxes came from my imagination. All the boxes come with instructions and wooden pieces as shown in the lower picture. -

I made this sewing box years ago and it sat there empty for a long time until I joined a miniature swapping group (Yahoo Groups) and someone I swapped with gave me all the notions you see there. -

Bought 6 of the square lockets. I want to mount them on the wall 3 on top and 3 underneath - with a different little seashell in each one. Perhaps I could make miniature tassels to hang from the loop (if I mount them upside down). -

Hand made from my own designs, my miniature candy boxes are made from reclaimed cardboard and paper, Paperclay, and painted with acrylic paint. The super tiny, hand sculpted polymer clay "chocolates" sit wrapped in their own tissue paper compartments. Everything has been sealed with 2 coats of crystal clear Polycrylic, for a lasting, quality finish. No two boxes are exactly the same.
