  1. Hope I am obeying the rules. I am "New" here, but my eBay record is visible, and I can point to when I bought and sold high end cinema cameras and gear. I am happy to provide additional photos or details if requested. (1) Arrow Kit 750 Royal Dream Kit in original box, Appears complete, I counted the main wood sheets. I am not sure if any shingles or other loose pieces. Box is old masking tape nightmare, but it is there. (2) Kit: Dura Craft Heritage HR 560 Kit in original box. Perhaps 25% of kit is missing. My wife and I did an inventory of the pieces. I have some of the instruction manual pages we made notes on, but need to look for a couple pages. (3) BUILT: Greenleaf Fairfield 8015 Fully assembled, painted, flooring. But needs a bit of care. Some shingles are missing, Some panels sem loose. Flooring, other decorator items showing their age.
  2. Heirlooms Dollhouse Miniatures & Dolls Located in the Historic District! Aurora Oregon What a whirlwind of craziness it's been around here! Here is a bit of what's new..... I am thrilled to announce that Mike Clarizio's magnificent Chandeliers and table lamps are here! If you want the finest gold plated Swarovski Crystal Chandelier for your Dollhouse, these are exquisite. The table lamps are beautiful too! I admit I went a little crazy at an auction, I'll let all the pictures speak for themselves. If you see anything your interested in PM me, give me a description and I'm sure we can make a deal. Decorating for the Holidays in Aurora is a big deal. I am doing my best with all the spare time I have...haha Thanksgiving weekend is open house in every shop here in town. If you live in the area come visit and have some hot cider and a cookie or 2! I have had people give me a bad time (jokingly) that I don't post often enough. I promise to try harder. When you wear every hat it doesn't leave much time. I was even a full day late for the time change...talk about confusing! There is never a time that I just sit. Even in the evening I may pop in a movie, but there is a tray on my lap. Sorting, research and pricing until I fall asleep. You should see the boxes of my own projects. I keep saying I will take a Wendy day and play.... I have the bookeeping, cleaning....can you imagine the dust in a house built in 1904 with a furnace that's as old as the hills! It's got a huge antique floor grate and I swear I see the dust bunnies waving hello as they fly by! I also study. There is so much to learn about miniatures and Dollhouses (of course my vintage and antique Dolls too) I wonder if people know how far back in history they go? The famous people who have had and thoes who do still share our passion? I wish all thoes mini walls could talk! I am also always taking notes as I I remember something, learn something new or hear a story from a customer. With all my memories from my childhood and thoes as an adult, I plan on putting them into a book one day. It's funny, just in this last year 4 people have asked if I have one out or have said I need to. Who knows, maybe one day. I am still looking for help in the shop. I have a fellow collector that comes in when she can, but I want at least 1 or 2 more. Part time, once in awhile... I'm easy! My friend Jim is coming to help the first part of December. He is "that" Jim Larson builder of the famous Ship...The Miniscule in the shop and a 100 other pieces of his art. He says he has to come and fix my front counter...it's not as high as the cabinet next to it and it's making him crazy! He is fun to have around and customers love to talk to him about his art. Well, now that I have chatted till your crazy I'll close for now. I'll be back soon, promise! Enjoy all the pictures!! Your mini friend, Wendy Hmmmm...for some reason I'm not having luck attaching any pictures. I do have them all posted on the shops facebook page.https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1384079495029573&id=1218761951561329
  3. I have about 203 back issues of Nutshell News from 1981-1995. Some issues may be missing from some years. I have them listed on eBay and Webstore under Dataphx. Some are not showing because they need to be relisted, but I have reached my eBay limit and need to wait for other things to expire. Plus I have numerous other miniature magazines that include Miniature Gazette, Dollhouse Miniature, Dolls House also for sale and each from random years. Please feel free to contact me for more information. I have images of all of them.
  4. This partially finished Beacon Hill Dollhouse was left in the house we just purchased and we'd like to find it a loving home. It seems to be wired for lighting and there's wood for siding in the box still. We live in Cheyenne Wyoming but would be happy to meet if your within a couple hours. We're not even sure how much to ask for this, so any advise on that would be great.
  5. Good morning, fellow miniaturists. I purchased a Duracraft Heritage off of eBay and sadly, it was missing the siding and the first main and base floor support pieces (and lots of other stuff, but I can purchase bricks and those types of things elsewhere). I'm in Arlington, WA (north of Seattle) and wondering if anyone has a Duracraft Heritage kit that has these pieces - I'd like to trace the missing pieces and cut out of wood or buy your kit if it has all the pieces if you are in Washington State/greater Seattle area. Sheet No. HR-1 (3) Base Floor Supports Sheet No. HR-2 Pieces N & M Base Floor Pieces Sheet No. HR-3 Base Floor Back and Base Floor Surplice Not being an expert at building or math, I'm not very familiar with trying to figure out the size of these pieces based on what I do have so any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you for looking and Happy Holidays! Christie
  6. Hi everyone. I'm still looking for the Skilcraft Victorian Manor with Coach House, circa 1979. My parents originally purchased this dollhouse for me at Sears in Oregon, but I haven't been able to find any in kit on eBay, Craigslist, Amazon, vintage and antique stores; I just missed one sold off Craigslist in Long Island in last November. Anyhow...I am happy to pay for the kit and shipping or if you see it in your treasure travels, please PM me. I'm in Seattle, WA. I purchased the Corona Willow from Overstock, brand new in box, not opened - because it's so similar - but interested in trading for the Skilcraft. Here is a picture link or see attached file with some related facts: http://www.worthpoin...manor-429438549 (You do not need to be a member to view this website). Thank you for reading and happy dollhousing! Attached Thumbnails http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/uploads/monthly_01_2014/post-47513-0-24479200-1390672262.jpg
  7. Hi there! I wanted to let you know I have a few more new in box furniture pieces that I bought with the intention of decorating, but have changed my mind. 3 Spindle Chairs 2 Ornate armchairs 1 round pedestal table 1 bookcase Living room Set - fabric couches, coffee table Please personal message me if you're interested! Thank you!
  8. Good afternoon, I found your site about six months ago when I started considering selling the brick-red Pepperwood Farm house my father made for me in the 70s. Like I said, it's brick-red (instead of yellow), each brick was laid individually, the parquet floor was done by hand, and -- each room is individually wired for electricity with individual outlets for lamps. It's absolutely gorgeous. But I had no kids, and have no siblings (so no nieces/nephews). Rather than let it keep sitting in the closet, wrapped in plastic, I thought of selling it. Dad and I would much prefer to sell it to a collector or someone similar in whom we can have faith to take good care of it. I saw a Pepperwood Farm house on eBay for $2,950, but it wasn't nearly as intricately handcrafted, and it didn't have the individual room wiring. Can anyone with ideas on how to sell this house please reply? (i.e., where to post, how to find a collector to buy, how to ship, etc.) Many thanks, - Angela

I do have one finished piece currently and it is a beautiful 1:12 scale polymer clay white candle surrounded by lavender/purple rose and two toned leaves (It is actually the item shown in my avatar on here)! I will attach a link for it as it is currently for sale in my etsy shop - Tiny Favors. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thanks!!
