The girls (with Grandpa's supervision) present Grandma with Breakfast in Bed for Mother's Day. Since Grandma gets up early, the girls made the bed for her then let her get back on it before presenting her with her meal. -

Grandma is enjoying breakfast in bed, as part of her Mother's Day gift. Grandpa wants Amy to take Fala off the bed so that Grandma can eat in peace, but Grandma said Fala was also her baby and could stay. Note the book on Grandma's bed. Carrie bought it for a dime at a garage sale when a neighbor jokingly said her Grandma might like it. Carrie was too young to read at the time and took the neighbor seriously. Grandma appreciates the thought so much, she keeps the book near by. -

Grandma and Fala enjoy a nice break in the comfort of their home. Holly's cat is in the background. It looks real, but it is only a stuffed animal. -

Grandma has more room to stretch out in her favorite chair now that the dining room table has been moved. She and Grandpa moved the table to make room for the girls' Christmas gifts from Santa, and they decided they like the room this way. Grandma's rocker used to be in the corner, where the red, flowered chair is, and that chair used to be in the sewing area. -

Grandpa thought he would have to wheel little Carrie home in the wagon, but the only one tired from their long trail of trick or treating is Grandpa. Good thing Grandma saved him a candy bar. Grandpa colored his neck to look like a vampire victim, and Grandma is rubbing his shoulders. -

While Grandpa took the girls trick-or-treating, Grandma stayed home to give out her candy. She decided to get some fresh air and save the kids a trip up the porch steps. She has Hershey bars and lollipops for the kids. -

Please don't worry about Grandma. She looks beat, but she is comfortably relaxing in her favorite rocker after a long but very rewarding day with her granddaughters. She also put up a new curtain in the picture window. Grandpa is fixing her a cup of tea in the kitchen. -

The girls believe the house is haunted because when my ceiling fan is on, the rocking chair in Grandma's bedroom rocks by itself. Now they may have proof on film. Grandma is in her room trying to decide if the purple vase Grandpa bought her looks best on the mantle or vanity, and it looks like a friendly ghost may be offering his opinion. Do you see the image of a face in the light?
