I have a unconstructed Granville dollhouse kit (510). Mine does not have the shingles included. I bought it new in a sealed box in 1991, but still haven't gotten around to making it, so I'd like to sell it to someone who would love to do so. I did open one side of the box to peek inside some time ago but I haven't popped out the pieces from the sheets inside. I'll post it soon to craigslist in my local area (New Orleans area), but I thought I would post it here as well to see if anyone wants to make this home their home! ;-) Send me a private message and offer if you are interested. Local is easier, but I'll consider shipping if you wish to pay for postage and insurance. I believe this is ok to post, but if not, please forgive and advise! Thanks!

Hello Miniature Lovers! Does anyone want to take a road trip? We are cleaning out Grandma's collection and have quite a list of dollhouse kits, unfinished houses, supplies and furniture to sale. We would LOVE to sell the whole lot as a pickup. Wouldn't know the first thing about shipping this stuff or know nothing of ebay. We are located in Hutchinson, KS, so we are almost smack dab in the middle of the country. We do believe all kits are complete. Some boxes are pretty worn. A couple of the incomplete builds are as is (the two we couldn't identify). List and pics: Kits: Bellingham Farm House, Alexandra, Newberg, Granville, Duracraft Farmhouse Incomplete builds: Mint Julip, Victorian Cottage Jr that needs a little work, two unknown, San Fran bash and a cute little greenleaf We know a ballpark figure we'd like, so please....make an offer! Oh, and don't worry....Grandma is fine....just downsizing and off to the next hobby! Please see below link for photos....... https://imgur.com/a/knJ8k1B

From the album: The Granville
Here is my attempt to copy the Rosemont. I had to make all the trims on top portion of the porch since I redesigned the outside of the Granville to look like the Rosemont. I wanted to porch posts to be evenly spaced across the front and side of the house instead of how the Granville is actually designed. I am having the guy at Laser Dollhouse Design make the curved railing for the part of porch that is the rounded. -

Qubanqtee and I both went to see the Rosemont while we were in Dallas at the miniature show. She went during the week and was able to take some good pics of the Rosemont (aka Granville). I went on Saturday and the homeowners were home, so I wasn't able to take any pictures. So glad she was able to get some pics of the real house.
