OOAK Mini Sweetheart Candy Box Necklace - Mixed Media Jewelry Piece
Lady-K posted a gallery image in Members' Gallery
From the album: Scenes & Other Minis
While I was sketching out the designs for my other chocolate boxes, I kept thinking that the heart box would be fun as a pendant necklace, so I changed the design a little and made a necklace too. Available in my Etsy shop; https://www.etsy.com/shop/kylelefort© Kyle Lefort 2013

Hand made from my own designs, my miniature candy boxes are made from reclaimed cardboard and paper, Paperclay, and painted with acrylic paint. The super tiny, hand sculpted polymer clay "chocolates" sit wrapped in their own tissue paper compartments. Everything has been sealed with 2 coats of crystal clear Polycrylic, for a lasting, quality finish. No two boxes are exactly the same. Available in my Etsy shop; https://www.etsy.com/shop/kylelefort© Kyle Lefort 2013

Quarter Scale Cottage Furniture -- Arkoma, OK August, 2012
Gonzo posted a gallery image in Members' Gallery
From the album: My Travel Finds
This was a special find. In this gallery I mention a Farmhouse kit that I bought in Oklahoma. I found this bag of furniture in the tote with the FH pieces a few weeks after I got home. It is from Debbie Young at "Young at Heart." I couldn't find this set when I searched her site, so I sent a quick email. This was a special kit that was part of the 2005 national convention. There were only 300 made. She didn't specify, but I think it was part of a workshop. At the time it was valued at about $85. Not a bad find as part of a $40 DC Farmhouse kit! I dug deeper to see if the cottage was in the tote, but I am not THAT lucky.
