Hope I am obeying the rules. I am "New" here, but my eBay record is visible, and I can point to when I bought and sold high end cinema cameras and gear. I am happy to provide additional photos or details if requested. (1) Arrow Kit 750 Royal Dream Kit in original box, Appears complete, I counted the main wood sheets. I am not sure if any shingles or other loose pieces. Box is old masking tape nightmare, but it is there. (2) Kit: Dura Craft Heritage HR 560 Kit in original box. Perhaps 25% of kit is missing. My wife and I did an inventory of the pieces. I have some of the instruction manual pages we made notes on, but need to look for a couple pages. (3) BUILT: Greenleaf Fairfield 8015 Fully assembled, painted, flooring. But needs a bit of care. Some shingles are missing, Some panels sem loose. Flooring, other decorator items showing their age.

Although in the near term I won't be able to contribute... It is rude to drop by without annoucing your arrival Scott, living in Phoenix, Arizona with family. Years desired to build a dollhouse for daughters, but time and life didn't allow. I hope to refocus later in life and build in On30, O gauge (Lionel) narrow gauge model railroad. Large scale, and motion. Will post in correct forum, will pass on a Dura-Craft Heritage. I looked through a lot of your posts and work. Stunning demonstration of skill, art, focus and patience!

Good morning, fellow miniaturists. I purchased a Duracraft Heritage off of eBay and sadly, it was missing the siding and the first main and base floor support pieces (and lots of other stuff, but I can purchase bricks and those types of things elsewhere). I'm in Arlington, WA (north of Seattle) and wondering if anyone has a Duracraft Heritage kit that has these pieces - I'd like to trace the missing pieces and cut out of wood or buy your kit if it has all the pieces if you are in Washington State/greater Seattle area. Sheet No. HR-1 (3) Base Floor Supports Sheet No. HR-2 Pieces N & M Base Floor Pieces Sheet No. HR-3 Base Floor Back and Base Floor Surplice Not being an expert at building or math, I'm not very familiar with trying to figure out the size of these pieces based on what I do have so any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you for looking and Happy Holidays! Christie

I'm not sure if this is an issue or not, but wanted to get y'all's opinions. I purchased a DC Heritage through eBay on August 10, and paid for it immediately. On August 14 it still hadn't been marked as shipped, so I emailed the seller to ask when it would be mailed since her policy stated shipping would be within 3 business days. She responded that she'd mailed it the night before (August 13), so I should get it August 16 or 18 at the latest. I was going out of town last week, so when it didn't arrive that Saturday, I asked her if she could upload the shipping/tracking info so that I could monitor online and have my brother go to my house to put the box indoors so it wouldn't sit on my porch all week long. She responded the next day and said that her daughter passed away and she hasn't been back home to enter the tracking info. She mentioned that she's still selling on eBay since that's how she will be paying for the services. My brother (bless him) made the trip to my house every day to check to see if it'd been delivered. It never was. While I am NOT an unreasonable person, and feel HORRIBLE for her loss, at the same time I wonder how someone can maintain an eBay business presumably from afar (i.e., shipping items that sell) since she's not home to enter a tracking number? Did she take them with her? Since her last email on the 17th, I have sent her two more requesting an update as to when she will be able to enter the tracking info. She has not responded. Should I continue waiting/giving her time to grieve and hope that everything will work out and I'll eventually get the house? I'm really not sure what to do here. I don't want to be insensitive (or cynical), but if she's continuing her eBay business as she said (which I, personally, would NOT be able to do if my daughter passed away), I would assume that to mean communication would be continued. At the same time, I'd like to get my money back and find another house if I'm not going to be getting this one. Thoughts?

I was excited to bid and win on the Heritage Dollhouse recently. Sadly, I bid on the one that was missing parts instead of the New In Box (okay, my fault). Wondering if anyone out there has leftover parts from their Heritage or other Duracraft House...Please PM if you can help, I'm happy to compensate for parts and shipping. It's crazy I know, but worth a shot. Ironically, I have 3 sheets of H10 and the directions do not note this unless I've misunderstood... I will continue to peruse Craigslist, eBay, Etsy, shopgoodwill.com, and the Seattle Miniature Show this weekend. Perhaps the dollhouse angels will smile and send one my way. I tried to attached the file with highlighted pictures but it is too large. Basically, I'm missing all the gutter, downspout, brackets, posts and trim along with the following sheets: HR-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, and 12 Maybe there is someone out there with the same situation or three sheets of something! Thank you for reading and happy dollhousing!

This dollhouse was love at first sight... until I started to build it. Wow...what a bugger! Right now it's a love-hate battle. Definitely not a kit for the faint of heart. -
