Hello Greenleaf community! I inherited, and have subsequently built, the Dura-craft Southern Mansion (SM-700) kit from my grandmother. It was a great project, but the completed mansion is just too big for our house. I'd like to sell the completed build and was hoping this community could help me identify a fair price. I have recently found these two dollhouses while cleaning out my grandmothers basement. I am trying to get at least around [edited] for the Tennyson and I am accepting offers for the Theresa Dollhouse. There is a Dropbox link to the photos since they were to large for the website. I've been selling handmade miniatures on Etsy for a year or two (here, btw; https://www.etsy.com/shop/KyleLefort), and I'm pretty happy with it, but I also wanted to try out other sites. So now I'm posting things on eBay too. Some of the listings were previously on Etsy, I switched them over just to get a feel for what's different between the two sites. I'm also listing new items, Lots and assorted items that just didn't fit into what you'd expect to find on Etsy, but they seem right at home on eBay. Okay, so like many of us I have a lot of DH kits. I need to unload some in order to keep my sanity. I thought I would give forum members first crack before I throw them on eBay. A few items to know: PM's do not work. My Yahoo email address is in my profile. I am out of town on a business trip, so I may be a little slow to respond. Kits will go on a first spoken for, first go basis. Shipping will be parcel post from the Indianapolis area. We can work out the details later. I did not post pics. If you have a Garden Ridge store near you, they have some great decorative boxes on sale. The entire store currently 75% off of anything with a red line through the bar code. While looking through all of the great stuff, I ended up in an aisle full of hat boxes and other decorative boxes. Many of them are on clearance (they might have a ding or two). Here are the ones I picked up for later use. The most I spent was $10 on the "treasure chest" looking box. Anyone who likes half scale or quarter scale could do a lot with these. There are only 47 stores in the Midwest and Southeast, but if you have one near you go get a bargain. I only bought three boxes and tried to show them opened and closed. They just didn't post in order.

I need to pay more attention to weekly ads. Michael's has 2oz packages of clay 4 for $5. I have never made anything with clay, but it is time to learn. I spent $20 to learn...lol. Hobby Lobby has 30% off all clay packages, not matter what brand or size. Also, HL has 40% off all scrapbook and paper materials. I need to go back. I had a 40% off coupon on my phone for each place, but didn't use either as I didn't buy anything at full price.
