From the album: Maison Ginny
Yesterday was an abundance of minis! It really doesn’t get any better than that, just sayin'. Not only did I get the wonderful handbag and book from Deborah (Debsrand56), I also got the new kit I’d ordered from Shannon at Red Cottage Miniatures (shannonc60). So I dove right in and started dry fitting.© DAL Minis

From the album: Real Good Toys Victorian Cottage
Stairs are stained and glued, awaiting polyurethane. It was a struggle for several months to figure out how to use the rounded spindles instead of the flat ones. I think the effort was worth the result so far.- 2 comments

Hello Everyone, I have been away from dollhousing for awhile but just got the Victorial Cottage Jr. special edition kit. It comes with grooved floors already and I am just wondering if I have to do anything to finish them or simply leave them as they are? They seem to have a very thin layer of varnish already and was wondering if anyone else doing the project ran into the same issue? Thanks
