the living room came together beautifully. all lighting is battery operated. the sofa is modified from an 1 inch Minis kit to be smaller since the footprint of this house has such tight narrow spaces. the table in from t of the sofa and the rabbit on the hearth are by Jennifer Kennedy .... the piano was a lucky find at the San Diego show last year. unfinished and with the bench, I washed it with diluted white paint - I may add some gold aging to the carved flowers. -

Still need to add the extra moulding around the French doors. But, this sure looks a lot better than a few weeks ago. Painting the shutters black now. Also need to add "glass" into windows and door along with brass door handles.- 3 comments

Using the suggestion of a friend and fellow enthusiast, I used a hair dryer and some gentle prying to deprecate the pieces of the old frame. Going to glue the to the new frame to have almost an exact replica and more accurate version of the original.-
