Minis On The Edge
What's so Spooky about Spook Hill ? What causes this to be a main tourist attraction?
wenlaine
I've never heard of this place and when I googled it, it came up with nothing. Ok, everyone out there, fill me in? Found it, sorry. This is the same as in New Brunswick where they have the magnetic hill that will carry cars up it while the motors are shut off. I'm sure there is an interesting story behind Spook Hill. havanaholly
There's supposedly a Haunted Hill in Lake Wales, FL, where it looks like you're going up when you're going down. I begged & begged & my daddy drove the hill the one time I recall being in Lake Wales as a child, and it looked like we were going downhill when we were, so I'm not too sure about a Spook Hill, either. Anna
Love the name but have no clue on what it is though. Sure sounds intruiging with the visual effects as well as magnetic forces in the works. Hugs
Minis On The Edge
Holly, that is the same hill. They call it "Spook Hill" and have even named a school after it.

MiniMadWoman
I bet the Egyptians would have liked to use Spook Hill as their ramp for building the pyramids! It would have taken decades off their work schedule!!
MicroJivvy
I went to Spook Hill as a teenager... I remember being vastly unimpressed (and unspooked). Of course, that may have had more to do with my being a teenager than the actual spookiness of the place.
nuttiwebgal
we live close to the Joplin spook light and I have to say that is an errie sight. guess it depends on what it is and when it is you are witnessing these kind of things. teenagers are raely impressed with much. nutti
