nuttiwebgal Posted January 13, 2007 Share Posted January 13, 2007 If you do not build a heirloom peice for a child and your expectations are that she will PLAY with the house and build accordingly than 2 or 3 is a good age...that is when imaginative play starts to take shape. Pixie is 2 I bought her the fisher Price castle and assorted sets to start. when she is 3 she will get a smallish house to play and do as she wants but as for an show house to be gently played with? gonna have to keep an eye on her to see when she is ready for it. anywhere from 7-10 but a child who is brought up to be respectful of her toys could be ready earlier.
