New Jersey Miniature Shows ???

Hi Everyone. I live in Central New Jersey, and I am wondering if anyone can tell me of an upcoming miniature or dollhouse show or exhibit in my local area. I believe there used to be an annual show in Morristown back in the early '80s, and they were more popular at malls back then as well. I would love to go to another gathering of vendors.

Unfortunately I wasn't a member of the group when this was posted because there was a mini show in Hightstown (central NJ) just a week or two after your post. The show will be held again in 2011 on Feb 26. You can email me at spminis@comcast.net and I can send you a coupon for the show. It's the only show we sell at. It's a small show but fun and the home made shrimp salad sandwiches are delicious.

Other shows are the IGMA show in Teaneck which just passed, and the Philly show which is in Cherry Hill, NJ. Those dates are 11/6 and 11/7.

My friend went to the Teaneck,N.J. show last month(?). She said it was pretty expensive and sent me a catalog. Lots of IGMA vendors, from all over the world, Carrington, some from our southwest, mexico. We're trying to put a show together for next summer here in Pa. check out the thread if you're interested.linda

I am finally going to the Philadelphia Miniaturia show this year in Cherry Hill, NJ. I heard that last year Superstorm Sandy put a damper on the show, as it was scheduled so close to when the storm hit. There was also a gas shortage, and many people still didn't have electricity in their homes.

Have any of you been to this event before? If so, is there anything special to note? I am really looking forward to this.
