what2craftnow
Installing A Husband: Dear Tech Support, Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slow down in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0. In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.0 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as NBA 5.0, NFL 3.0 and Golf Clubs 4.1. Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and Housekeeping 2.6 simply crashes the system! Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail. What can I do? Signed, Desperate ****** Dear Desperate: First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system. Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme.html, try to download Tears 6.2 and DO NOT forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update. If those applications work as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5. However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0, or Beer 6.1. (Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Farting and Snoring Loudly Beta.) Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of ALL your system resources.) In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0 program. This is an unsupported application, and will crash Husband 1.0. In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend Cooking 3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7. Good Luck! Tech Support

SallyG
My version of Husband 1.0 came with I Am A Chef 7.0 preinstalled, and any attempt to install Hot Lingerie 7.7 resulted in the entire system crashing. I have learned to adapt to my operating system and found some very nice hidden programs...Dinner Waiting 3.0 is especially good when I come home after a long day at work, and although Housekeeping 2.6 will simply not run, Laundry 6.1 actually runs fairly well. Despite some programs that will not run at all, I think my system works very well for my needs. I plan to keep it running for a very long time, without updates. It seems to be perfect as it is. Deb
my friend tried running mistress 3.2, and he got a virus!!!!!!! The only way to deal with that is to purchase Divorce 1.0 and Revenge 7.6. Divorce 1.0 comes with Wicked Lawyer 6.0, but Revenge 7.6 has an add-on which results in upgrading Wicked Lawyer to 8.5. Running those programs together will result in the complete annihilation of Husband 1.0, Mistress 3.2 and any resulting viruses. Not only does it delete the offending programs, but it completely removes all traces of Husband 1.0 from the system and reinstalls it in a one room apartment with only a can opener, a beat up toaster oven and a 13" TV from Goodwill. (there is an optional feature in Revenge 7.6 for Kicking Butt on Mistress 3.2) I've used Divorce 1.0, Revenge 7.6 and Wicked Lawyer 8.5 with very satisfactory results. Afterwards I installed several versions of Boyfriend as well as multiple applications for Partying and Having A Good Time On His Money. Oh, and Divorce 1.0 also comes with an application that runs in the background called Screening 3.0 which helps when it comes time to select Husband 2.0 to ensure that it's compatible with your system to prevent any future viruses. woodland_miniatures
Marvelous!! Personally, I've never installed Husband 1.0 so am not in a position to comment on the program's performance. Reading these entries makes me just as glad - sounds like it takes a true technical genius to keep that particular program running at its maximum output!
