Greenleaf Customer Service is the BEST EVER!!!

There was a problem with my dollhouse kit, which I ordered from Amazon and not Greenleaf directly. Greenleaf promptly returned my call when I left a message and straightened everything out. Polite, fast, and effective customer service! Plus an all-American company! I am seriously impressed. Go Greenleaf!

Amen to this !!

Anytime I've ever had to contact anyone, they have ALWAYS been so polite and kind and helpful. The problems are resolved quickly and efficiently and with a smile.

Yeah for GL and all the team. This is one fine company.

I, unfortunately, cannot say the same. First I e-mailed about a missing page. When I didn't hear back, I called and left a message, cause I didn't get live help. No one has responded to my call. I have a half finished project taking up space and I am not happy. What else can I do?

Keep calling. It is a business and they do get awfully busy.

I recently had an issue with a kit and called GL CS....they were understanding, polite and offered an immediate solution to the problem. Isn't it great to deal with a company like that? I have been building their dollhouses since 1979 and never once had anything but great service. :)

Customer service is very important to me, and like many people I have a tendency to speak up when service is not up to par. Because of that, I also make a point of speaking up when the service is exceptional. I am therefore happy to see that so many people are pleased with Greenleaf and that you all took the time to write something positive. I feel that is important.
