campbelc
Thanks so much for sharing these with me! I'm getting ready to build this house and wanted to see what others had done with it.
mjsol
I guess this house isn't very easy to complete?
shannonc60
I have started the Chantilly, and can be seen on my blog. It was pretty easy to build but I got the roof a little wonky - it was a bit of a tight squeeze. I love this little cottage. i say build it! what2craftnow
It's such a beautiful little house, but..oh, how I wish I could shrink my hands to get into those upstairs dormers and corners!! LOL It does tax one's patience level. <grrrrrrrr!>
jas
Beautiful house, I hope you have fun building it! I give all of you here major credit building your homes from kits. My house while it does have lots of things that can be done to and with it is I guess what they call a knock down. (I think that is the name) It can be taken apart if you don't glue it all together which I am finally going to be doing.

shannonc60
No worries, Marva, glad you enjoyed it. I have been a bit lazy of late though, and need to get some more posts up.
Maxine
The Buttercup is also really a challenge if you have arthritic hands. My friend has it and she is 89 years old and building it she said that she needed other hands . . or paws . . wanted to borrow a cat for that, but they declined to help. campbelc
Thanks! I'm really getting into these little half scale houses. I had to as I've run out of space! My next project is Real Good Toy's Eastside Townhouse.
morgansmith
The half scale Chantilly has been on my list of wanna builds for quite awhile. It moved much higher up the list after seeing this. What a great eye! I have gone back to look time and again and even to show my husband. He agreed. Great little house.
