forjenn
Hi: I'm Jennifer from the Arizona desert, and I've been making minis and dollhouses in some form or other for years and years. I just finished the 1/2 scale Fairfield--I've posted my journey through that on my blog: http://jennsminis.wordpress.com/ I have other Greenleaf kits that I so much want to make, but alas, my real house is small. To that end I am clearing out some closets of mini things that I know I won't use, which I'll be posting on the trading forum soon. Looking at pics on this forum and reading blogs of other miniaturists' experiences w/ the Fairfield helped me a lot. Thank you! I'm also an author of about 45 novels now--I write by day, mini by night. I write mysteries, urban fantasy and romances at Berkley and other publishers. And if you're ever in southern Arizona (Tucson specifically), go to the Mini Time Machine museum! You will die happy. :-)

morgansmith
Welcome Jennifer! A writer, yea! Writing is my passion. I write more than everything else put together. I have published alot, but no books as of yet. Most of my mini houses get a children's story about them. Do you ever write about your mini's? And, how do we find your books? Looking forward to photos Morgan
forjenn
Do you ever write about your mini's? And, how do we find your books? You can find out about my novels by looking at these websites: For mystery series: http://www.gardnermysteries.com (I am working on Book 8). For romance novels (paranormal and historical): http://www.jennifersromances.com; for urban fantasy http://www.allysonjames.com I don't write about my minis specifically; however, I have put dollhouses in some of my novels. A character in my mystery series (set in Regency England) has a baby house. :-)

Hope I get a chance to read one of your books soon! Have you ever heard of the book The Dollhouse Murders? I have it, bought it on ebay. I still need to read it though..........It has a pic of a dollhouse and two little girls on the front, kind of scary but I thought I should have it to go with my minis lol Hope to hear lots from ya Cheryl
