Some items I just don't want because I have no use for it and some may require some TLC. The box measures 20"x21"x25" and weighs 30lbs+. Inside the box you will find 1 Greenleaf house, partially finished and packed floor to ceiling with furniture, 2 additional shoeboxes full of furniture and some accessories as well as enough egg carton material to brick up quite a few houses! That's all I'm telling you. So any gamblers here? I'm asking a small fee that will be used to cover or put toward shipping charges. Whatever's left after you go through the box is yours to do with what you will, sell it, donate it, swap it or pass it on. As long as it goes to someone who can use it.
