Hello from Maryland

Hi... new member here.. I'm from Maryland, and live not too far from the hometown of HOFCO Dollhouse company. I came across this group and joined because I came across a HOFCO Victorian Classic (KW214), with the add-on room. It is about 90% completed. I have several totes of building supplies (shingles, wallpaper, electrical items), which I believe is enough to complete the house, and a small amount of furniture. I am not really interested in finishing the dollhouse and interested in selling it. I have done some searching online as far as value, and even found an identical house that is completed and furnished , and being raffled off. They list the value at $18,000.00, which I truely find hard to believe. Here is the listing if your interested - http://westernpa.jdrf.org/dollhouse/ . I know this house is not nearly worth that, but have found other smaller non-completed houses for a few thousand. If you are interested please feel free to contact me and make an offer.

I have attached a photo of the house, but have more photos posted on my website, just follow the link below. The instruction manuals for both the house and addition room are included, as well as the deed. Because of the size, local pickup only.
