The roof looks curved. I don't think the roof on the Foxhall is curved.
WyckedWood
Interesting...stumbled on this, I don't think anywhere in the description or listing title does it say "dollhouse", could probably widen the viewing if people searching for dollhouses could see it. rodentraiser
The Cambridge, I think, but not modified. Just landscaped with a basement. That was a lot of work. Forgive me if some of these have been posted before - some of these are really good deals. From Craig's List in Spokane: I'm pretty sure this is a Celerity house, so pretty good quality and not 1:18 scale like it says in the ad. There were more pics of the house earlier and it looked like there was a lot of water damage to the house, but it's still a nice house. https://spokane.craigslist.org/atq/6074812359.html https://spokane.craigslist.org/tag/6024314032.html From the Portland area: https://portland.craigslist.org/clc/art/6083926647.html https://portland.craigslist.org/clc/art/6077597480.html\ From the Seattle area and further north: https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/clt/6084458308.html https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/tag/6081665664.html https://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/clt/6083856098.html https://bellingham.craigslist.org/tag/6078317938.html From eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/JoAnn-Stores-The-Brookfield-Two-Story-Dollhouse-Kit-Free-Furniture-/232288970713?hash=item36158067d9:g:GIEAAOSwvzRX0ysI http://www.ebay.com/itm/REAL-GOOD-TOYS-THE-NEWPORT-10-ROOMS-MODEL-71K-DOLLHOUSE-KIT-NEW-OPENED-/391751295527?hash=item5b36326227:g:hD0AAOSwmgJY7LhJ
My Miniature Madness
Is the Brookfield the same kit as the Dura-Craft Columbian just packaged under the JoAnne's name? It is interesting because in the title of the items I bought, she didn't mention they were Bespaq, only in the descriptions of the items. I got some really good deals from her. She was selling off items from a collector that was downsizing. Some of her artisan items are kind of pricey, at least for me.
rodentraiser
Sheesh - I was so busy looking at the pictures of that Cambridge I didn't even notice the addition. So yes, modified. Either I need a vacation or I need better glasses.

sparklepuppies
The Columbian and Brookfield are the same house, I think the only difference is the door. I have one... Unfortunately it's missing the door!! So I'm not sure which one it is.

Duracraft went through a phase where they repackaged a few of their houses, like the Farmhouse, the San Franciscan, the Linfield, and one or two others I don't remember. Basically the houses were upgraded with more trim and different features to make them more appealing. The JoAnne name really has nothing to do with it. Elsbeth
Some furnished houses that showed up in my searches: Nicely done full package for $1675. Looks to be done by a miniaturist. Internal doors and trim, it is all there. Some finishing needed, but nice if someone wanted a house that is mostly done and mostly done quite well. http://www.ebay.com/itm/11-Room-Victorian-Handmade-Dollhouse-w-Lighting-3-Stories-FULLY-FURNISHED-More-/172617302420 And then this for $2500: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sale-85-year-old-Handcrafted-Wood-Furnished-Dollhouse-/332020195741 It has life size carpet in it. No doors or door trims. It is a cute house but not $2500 cute and it sure would need a rehab. If they are asking $2500 for that they either don't know what they are doing or they love it too much to part with it. Best of luck to them. LadyGunn
I'm researching for a friend who's going to Branson soon and found these in that general area: A Joseph Angel: https://springfield.craigslist.org/clt/6024864708.html A neat tower of shops: https://fayar.craigslist.org/clt/6071139404.html And a Marquam Hill in desperate need of TLC: https://loz.craigslist.org/tag/6011488937.html The Marquam Hill is on my 'want forever' list but I'm literally out of room at the moment. Griffonfeathers
Oh wow, that Joseph Angel is AMAZING! I love the stairs and what they did with that attic. In Colorado, there's a nice little Duracraft San Franciscan in need of a home (but not my home... so I'm telling you guys so I won't be tempted.) https://denver.craigslist.org/bab/6083727751.html And that poor Pepperwood Farm is still languishing, just looking for a home (and if I didn't already HAVE one hogging up my kitchen, it would be coming home with me for sure.) https://denver.craigslist.org/clt/6087069588.html Edited April 13, 2017 by Griffonfeathers Nearly forgot - homeless Pepperwood Farm
Elsbeth
If a completely finished Pepperwood farm shows up in my area again, I'd get it. The unfinished shell I bought (and then gave away) was well built but it was too daunting to finish but boy do I miss that house.
Griffonfeathers
Just now, Elsbeth said: If a completely finished Pepperwood farm shows up in my area again, I'd get it. I have an unfinished shell that I am daydreaming about finishing someday (because I don't have enough other houses to do right now). I keep thinking I could get one (like this one) that is finished on the outside, but I hate that they all look exactly like the plan book. They're all even yellow. I'm thinking I'm doing mine in stonework (first floor) and siding (2nd floor). But I'll pretty much find an excuse to paperclay anything. But it is tempting to bring home one that's closer to finished than the one in my kitchen. I hope you find one someday! - Wendy
