I think this one is a Hofco house:

So is this one:

And I love the style of this one, but I think it's only 3/4 size. Might work for a half inch scale, though.

Matt, it says in small print that there are four lots with four items per lot, so I think that price is either for one lot of four windows, or for the four lots (sixteen windows).   I would hope so anyway!

and someone did get it for a deal!  Price was lowered and snatched right up!  Hope it was someone here!

I don't think anyone bought it - I think the listing just ended. Usually when you look at an item that's ended, it will say whether the item was relisted or sold. If it doesn't say anything, that means the item just didn't sell.

So I called about this one and it is unfinished on the inside. How hard would it be to finish the interior?

Or this one

The Allison on the bottom is only$20 with the furniture? If that is correct, I'd buy both LOL!!!

The Willowcrest has some tight spaces in it-- notably, the first and second floor landings. This and this, respectively, are about the best views that you can get of them. I believe I'd spend that money on a Willowcrest kit and make it from the ground up.

I'd want both. But yes, I prefer to get a bargain on a finished interior house. It will be so hard to decorate the beacon stairs. And yet I'd still be tempted.

Quite an amazing OOAK house... It's not cheap and I would have to do sooo much to it to make it as I would want it.. but it's fun to look at. :)

Here is who bought that house.

Quote from Marta Dobi on IGMA Facebook page:  Thank you for all the nice comments. The inside is not furnished. However, see the picture. This beautiful house needs a lot of TLC. Many details are missing or broke and in need of repair. All the rooms needs a major make over and need to electrify, so I can hang Jacqueline Getzan chandeliers and sconces. All flooring and 3 layers wallpaper needs to be removed. I would like to keep the over all original look, but upgrade to today's standards. All I know about it is that it was displayed at Angel's Attic Museum. Just took it home Tuesday night. Ever since I can't sleep because my mind is going a million miles a minute to try to figure out where to start and what are the possibilities. I am so happy, excited and blessed.

I'm not sure I'd use the word "stunning" to describe that house

I know - lol - I just look at the photo of that poor dusty little thing and I have to giggle about the "stunning" description. And then there are the eels on the table. Rustic and nightmarish cottage is a better way to say it.

So, I don't have a Facebook account. Is there any way I can get in touch with the woman who bought this house? It was made by Jan Wolf and is called Ashley Park. There was an article about this man and a couple pictures of the house in the July 1987 Nutshell News magazine.

As a matter of fact, I'm fairly certain this is the Facebook account of the man who made the house:

https://www.facebook.com/people/Jan-Wolf/100009270768502

Anyone else that has a way to contact the buyer can either let me know here or via PM so I can give her either my phone number or email address. Thanks, everyone!

Oh, and there have a been a few changes made in the interior of that house. The pictures in the Nutshell News show that house was very stunning.

I tried to reply to you earlier but the dang website seems to be having issues.  I am going to see of this posts before I retype what I said.

Okay, that posted correctly.  So, I will leave a note on the facebook post that I know someone who has info on the house to the lady who bought it and see if she is interested in making contact with you. I will do it discreetly so that no email addresses are exposed.  I am not her friend on facebook, only saw the post on the IGMA page.  I will let you know what I find out.
