havanaholly
I still have a TT kit in my stash, as well as the woodsie wheels that are tires to use with it.
GroovyGert
I like the idea of using the little stronger 'tires.'
havanaholly
If you have an insulin-dependent diabetic friend, their empty Humulin bottles work really well for propane bottles.
GroovyGert
My mom is a nurse so I think I might be able to get ahold of a few. Thanks!
Roxxie2
The Travel Trailer is a really cute project . I had it in mind to make a little roadside eatery. I haven't gotten to it yet! Have fun!
GroovyGert
I have seen tons of pictures of finished trailers and campers online. This model and others. Of the ones I have, a eatery or road side stand is not something I recall seeing done. This surprises me with this kit's inclusion of the larger window and counter option.

TwoStrandRiver
I just saw this and really want to try making one. Please post pictures and how it goes! I have never built anything and this seems like a possible good first project.
GroovyGert
My past experiences were mainly barbie doll houses from cardboard boxes and helping my grandpa build 1:12 furnitue for a house he built. I thought this would be a good start to more delicate structures.

GroovyGert
I tried to upload from phone, but I am going to have to make them smaller files.
Selkie
800x600 works great for uploading pictures on here. A quick trip to MS Paint, hit the resize and save as button and you're ready to go. Another idea to place them in an album first. Then link them from your album into your post using the My Media button on the bar in the post writing box. If you upload directly into your posts, you have a limited quota of pictures to upload. After a while you get an error message and in order to keep using it, you have to delete some old ones. That leaves "holes" in your previous posts that someone reading it later on will not be able to make sense of. Linking directly from you album - no problem. There are no quota limits in the albums. GroovyGert
Very nice nuttiwebgal. I love the darker twist you took with it.
Caseymini
I turned the kit into a Clockwork Trailer for Zar. It turned out to be a half timber trailer with a lot of steampunk gadgets, including a "shower tower" and a rooftop garden. That just goes to show you that it can be anything you want it to be. Poke the photo to make it larger.

GroovyGert
I have done a dry fit. Sanded and cleaned up pieces and some completed most painting I wanted done before actual construction.
stickyfingers
Good for you!! I have that kit and a whole notebook of ideas, but will finish the Orchid first. I can't wait to see what you do with it, and if you discover any tricks or troubles, be sure to share. Casey, wow! Very cool bash of that kit. Great job!!
