kellyannmo
I am working on a vintage Real Good Toys kit from the 1980's called the First Lady.... I am turning this huge house into a Gothic mansion... and I need a new name. (I have never liked the name First Lady anyhow). Here are some thoughts I have: Valenbrandt Hall Castlewood Manor Ravenwood Manor Greybird Manor Allwynds Hall Shadowstone Manor It has to be a Gothic-y or darkish sounding name.... any thoughts? Here is an image of a finished house (NOT MINE... this is a picture of the original house RGT made for the White House in the 1980's) ... mine will be Gothic when it's finished. KathieB
Somehow Hall seems to me to have a darker, more Gothic feel than Manor.
kellyannmo
You're right Kathie We visited Loftus Hall in Ireland... a big spooky haunted house.... Hall does seem to be more Gothic-y

chapchap73
I agree with Kathie, manor seems kind of too happy. Ravenwood Hall gets my vote The second floor porch would be a great place for the lady of the house to sit and call her winged sentries to give their reports.

blueirishmoon
Why does it have to be a hall or manor? Why not use just Shadowstone or Ravenwood?

Kari Lynn
I agree with Cynthia. Maybe you don't need hall or manor. I also like Shadowstone and Ravenwood the most.
Gayle
You could just call it "The Shadows"
