gnomeworld
I just wanted to pop in and say "hello". I wanted to tell you first off what a wonderful site this is. An old blog entry from Calamari (24 July 2005) held the answer I have been searching for. Just recently I finished the "Buttercup Cottage" much to my 3-month-long enjoyment, and was a bit downhearted because I had no "little house" to work on. Long story short a package arrived in the mail. After 40 years my first dollhouse and I were reunited. The front porch is missing (probably in my old closet!) but everything is intact and has held together. Only problem - I had no idea who manufactured the house or what it's name is. Thanks to Calamari it proves to be an Arrow "Dream Cottage". Now I finally have a new project.

blueirishmoon
Hello and welcome! I'd love to see what that dollhouse looks like. I've heard of Arrow, but only ever seen a few and never the "dream cottage". Looking forward to seeing pictures of your builds.

Soapz
Welcome to the forum, Amy! You can also search the forum for Arrow, there is at least the one that Pat build (membername 'cloudbound') she writes a lot about her experience and maybe that will help.
