smjsome
I stopped at the Goodwill Outlet - it was about to be trash I couldn't let it happen - it's not a cool or special house, but it couldn't be trash!
amyole
Looks like RGT Vermont Farmhouse Jr. It might not be special now, but it could be - much like the story of the Ugly Duckling. I'm sure it will make a worthy rescue.
shannonc60
Yet, but it could be. And it looks to be a good size. And it looks pretty solidly built. Looks like a seaside cottage to me - maybe even an English stone one. Have fun with it.

smjsome
Well, I have the Newport to refurbish, after I finish my daughters bakery (in a house from an estate sale, I think it is an Orchid) but first, I have a pet store to finish in the next two weeks, for my grandson. It's coming along nicely.
Elsbeth
I like that the stairs are off to the side instead of in the middle...this one has potential! It certainly wasn't trash. Poor thing.
MLI Designs
I would have done the same. There is so much possibility

Deb
What a great find Sharon! Poor thing has obviously been through some hard times but it's got good bones and would make a fun rehab. I'm glad that you came along to rescue it.

claireliontamer
I've just picked up a similar one for £3.50 on eBay. I just felt so sorry for it!
smjsome
We are suckers for a sad house ....
kathi17
How beautiful that would be with a porch on it. I bet one of those RGT porches with the Gazebo on the corner would fit that house. (I love porches)! Anyway, it looks like it will be easy to decorate and add dividers for rooms inside, almost like getting a prebuilt shell.
