Sable
Here is a tip for taming unruly electrical cords. Use a toilet paper roll to store them in. I use these for my electric mixer cords too.
Dalesq
I do this. They work great for all kinds of cord management.
rodentraiser
I can do this now but I couldn't have 20 years ago. Then I would save the toilet paper rolls for my pet mice and they'd chew them up while they played in them.
KathieB
We have a lot of these in use for electrical cords as well as the smaller charging cords for cell phones, Kindles, etc. For the smaller (less bulky) cords, I slit the tube lengthwise, roll it to a smaller diameter, and tape to hold. I write what the cord is for on the outside of the tube: K's camera, L's Kindle, etc. So much better than a drawer full of snakes.
