Rhonda
I am putting together the bungalow and for the life of me I cannot figure out what goes in the slots at the upper right wall. You can see there is the exact same slot on the other wall. I have looked through the pieces of the kit, read the directions 6543567 times, and I am just not getting what goes there. Thank you. Sable
It looks like a ceiling beam goes there. The pic on the site shows a ceiling beam near the back. Are there 4 notches? If not you may have put the front section in the intended rear. However I Dont know for sure.
Rhonda
The ceiling beam goes back to front. There is nothing in the kit that fits in that slot.
Cathy C
I agree with Sable, looks like a ceiling beam belongs in that notch
Sable
Yes you have a center beam that runs front to back, But there is also a support for the rear of the roof since the front already has the gable end. Unfortunately, I think you glued the front wall to the back of the house. Those slots belong in the rear not the front. Notice how in Cathy's pic there are two beams which meet up with the center beam?
L Swearengin
Sable, that's what I think also. It's the top floor on my retirement home. Took me a bit of dry fitting before I figured it out.
