rodentraiser
Sam is right. It's the Victorian Mansion. I wonder if the seller has the porch and just hadn't added it on yet.

queenannediva
Lynlott's miniatue shop has a 1" scale American Crafts rowhouse, in need of restoration, for sale - must be picked up. https://www.facebook.com/309603001391/photos/ms.c.eJwzNDA0NTEzNTU2s7AwMzS2NNIzRIiYWpqhiZgZYIgYouoyNzM3wVSDLmJuiW6XBVgXACg1HQo~-.bps.a.10154655368246392.1073742102.309603001391/10154655368861392/?type=3&theater
fov
Interesting bay / tower thingie they added to the side. The house does have a rectangular bay window on the first floor but it looks like that was modified and added on top of. I also like how the first floor partition was left out so the front door opens into a big room rather than a small one.
kreativitea75
There's a cool house on CL in Colorado Springs for $50 - I'm tempted to get it myself, but I am a little overwhelmed with projects already. Kind of reminds me of the house in the new season of American Horror Story...https://cosprings.craigslist.org/art/5760993748.html
rodentraiser
I love the bell tower on the ACP house! Why is it PA always has the most interesting dollhouses? Kerry, that's a house made from a plan book. I've always liked that house myself - I don't know why.
