Did you go to Kellog's site and see his houses? http://www.kelloggsdollhouses.com/gallery.html

His pricing seemed reasonable too? But I'm not sure what it includes, maybe shell only???

OH! I love that! I have been to that actual house. The floors and that attic are just gorgeous. Thanks for posting this!

It's either a house from Norm's Dollhouse Store or another one I've seen just recently going through my catalogs. I'll take a look tonight sometime and see which it is.

I thought I recognized it as a Lady Anna from the The House Jack Built, but I checked the sizes and they don't match up.  So it must be a different house.

I'm always on the lookout for a finished Beacon Hill (preferably at a bargain price) - well, the price is not right on this nor is it close enough, but I love all the interior trim and details:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dollhouse-by-Greenleaf-The-Beacon-Hill-Modified-Custom-Completed-1-12-Scale-/122529914355

But why is there zero variation in the wall color? Everything is institution-green. Sigh.

On my computer it shows up as shades of brown, beige and blue carrying the outside colors inside. Find this house attractive in the colors I am seeing.

I miss my Maplewood, but I just don't have room to bring this home... and my sweetie will probably leave me if I bring home one more house... But.... I want to.

*sigh*

Someone is going to get an awesome deal, though.

A Figrule is a triangular ruler with different scales on it, including 1:12 scale. I have an architect scale but I'd prefer something a little more streamlined. I found it on etsy but the store is closed. https://www.etsy.com/listing/79135199/dollhouse-miniature-scale-ruler?ref=related-0

Ebay and Amazon are coming up empty, as are the miniature suppliers I usually use. Anyone know where I can find one?

Why is this thread no longer pinned, did I miss something?

We've been discussing this problem (?) in the Tech Support Forum.
